ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION FOR ADMISSION TO THE B.Ed., COURSE:
- A candidate shall be eligible for the admission to the Degree of Bachelor of Education provided that he / she should have passed the Bachelor's Degree Examination of the Pondicherry University in the 10+2+3 stream or a Degree of any other University accepted as equivalent, in any school subjects listed below: English, Tamil, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Bio Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, Micro Biology, History, Geography, Political Science, Economics.
- Candidates with atleast 45% marks in the Bachelor's / Master's Degree with atleast two school subjects at the graduation level are eligible for admission. In case of candidates belonging to SC/ST community, a mere pass is eligible.
- A Candidate who has taken more than one main subject in Part III (Double or Triple major) in the Bachelor's Degree will be eligible for admission to only one of the main subjects.
